NOTE: Gears CA1, CA3, CA25 and CA26. The owner of the company that makes the gears has died, and we have very few gear sets in stock. This also applies to gearboxes that come with these gears. It isn't currently known whether the business will continue under new ownership.

We can take debit or credit cards which have the Visa, Mastercard or Maestro logo, for telephone or mail orders (please include a telephone number, in case there's a problem). We do not recommend sending card details by email.

ORDER BY EMAIL:
You can pay using PayPal, either from your balance, or using a credit or debit card. To pay by Paypal — contact us via our Email us page and we'll send a Paypal Invoice for the amount payable including postage. Do NOT include your credit/debit card details in the email.
Please note that we do not offer a "by return" service. We are a two-person manufacturing business, not a warehouse. Inclusion of items on our website does not mean that we have the item "on the shelf". Please allow 21 days for delivery — or 28 days for Overseas.
Prices charged will be those ruling at the time of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: goods can no longer be supplied to Northern Ireland, as it comes within the scope of the EU's GPSR – see "Overseas Orders" below.
POSTAGE:
Due to the frequent increases made by Royal Mail, we have had to increase the P & P added to orders. £4.50 postage will added to the total cost of items ordered up to £20.00 ***, £6.50 over £20.00.
If you are not in a hurry for your order, we can send it by Second Class Post: please ask for this option when ordering. P & P for Second Class:
£3.00 postage will added to the total cost of items ordered up to £20.00 ***, £5.20 over £20.00.

Type 2/3/4 speed controllers, E15/E30/E34/E43 Battery boxes, CA2 / CA17 / CA24 Motors, or CD1-CD4 Gearboxes; then the £6.20 postage rate applies to ANY value order, as the package will be thicker than 25mm.
It will also apply to some other items, and this will be indicated where this is the case.
Postage for other items in 7/8" scale may also be the higher rate.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
EUROPE (EU/EEA): Due to the introduction of GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), and their requirement to have a "responsible person" based in the EU or Northern Ireland, we can no longer supply goods to the EU/EEA. The annual cost of doing this, far outweighs the value of sales.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not supply goods direct to the USA or Canada, as we do not have product liability insurance for these countries.
